After having launched five processing plants, Ananda Dairy is all set to launch another processing plant in Jaipur. With a milk production capacity of five lakh litres per day, the plant will be equipped with hi-tech tetra-packaging technology.
Apart from milk, the plant will also produce paneer. Ananda Dairy aims at providing an exceptional experience to consumers with these products. To ensure this, a special focus of the plant will be on maintaining quality standards.
Five processing plants of Ananda Dairy are already functional in Pilakhuwa, Hapur, Bulandshahar, Kanpur and Amroha. These plants are providing employment for the local residents.
The plant in Jaipur is also expected to provide employment to the local residents of Jaipur. “When the plant becomes operational, hundreds of people will get employment,” said the founder and chairman, Ananda Dairy, Mr. Radhey Shyam Dixit.
More farmers will get connected to Ananda Dairy.
Around 3 lakh farmers and women farmers are already associated with Ananda dairy. Ananda Dairy procures milk from 6000 villages. It has a network of dairy farms from which it procures milk. “The relationship between farmers and us is not just transactional. We want to develop a special bond with them,” said Dr Dixit.
Ananda dairy makes the payment digitally into the accounts of the farmers. Under its sustainable development programme, it is helping farmers improve the quality of cattle breeds. “The income of dairy farmers around the plant will increase because of the plant,” said Dr Dixit.
Export of dairy products
Ananda Dairy supports local for vocal programme and aims to increase India’s share in global food product exports. To promote this, the plant located in Pilakhuwa exports many products.
