Ananda group started from Siyana, Bulandshahar(UP) plant on 15th Nov 1989

It all began from our Siyana factory in Bulandshahr in 1989 when the company was set up by our visionary Chairman Dr. Radhey Shyam Dixit, during the Phase-III of Operation Flood, which is also known as the White Revolution of India. The success of Operation Flood is also known to make India the largest milk producing country in the world. Ananda started its beginning from Siyana Factory on 15th Nov 1989 and Birth Date of “Ananda Group”

Ananda Retail Business incorporated on 8th July 03

Incorporation of Ananda Agro Retail Business came on 8th July 2003.

Incorporation Date of Ananda Dairy Foods P. Ltd came on 27th July 2004

Ananda acquired "Dairy India Pvt Ltd" in 2008

FY 2007-2008 we achieved a turnover of 100 Cr.

After the Birth of “Dairy India” Brand and Takeover of Dairy India P. Ltd happened in the year 2008.

Achieved 200 Cr Turnover in FY 2009-10

Launched Ananda Express Paneer Salesforce in Delhi/NCR in 1st June 12

Achieved 300 Cr Turnover in FY 2011-12

We launched Ananda Express Paneer Salesforce in Delhi/NCR on 1st June 2012. The Birth of “G+” Brand, happened especially for Retail Business on 10th Sept 2012. We launched product “T20”, especially for Tea segment in Sept 2012

2014 launch of Ananda Express in Lucknow City

In FY 2013-14 we achieved the turnover of 700 Cr.

Ananda Foundation & Nanda Cattle Feed Plant

We have reached a new milestone in 2017 by manufacturing and supplying over 50 products and our well-monitored milk-processing centres have increased their capacity to handle 16 lakh litres of milk per day. With over 10 lakh litres per day milk collected from more than 2.5 lakh farmers in the excess of 5000 village societies, we cater to the dairy needs of our increasing clients’ base. We have 32 chilling centres that ensure that milk is kept safe for a long time before transporting it to the nearest processing centre.

Mr. Tarun Shridhar – Independent Director

Shri Tarun Shridhar is a retired IAS officer, who holds a colossal 35 years of work experience in handling affairs for the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India. Mr. Shridhar possesses a strong academic hold with an M.A. from Delhi University (1980) and an M.Phil from Punjab University (1981). In his tenure as an IAS officer, he successfully and profitably managed the Boards of various Public Sector Undertakings as the Chairman, Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited. Also, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, Himachal Road Transport Corporation. Mr. Shridhar’s advises and prime execution strategies guided the concerned Department in organising cooperatives for remunerative livestock, dairying and fishery activities. While he also performed prominent initiatives in short spanned periods like the launch of Meghalaya Milk Mission, Revival of milk cooperatives in Puducherry, Capacity building of Dairy professionals, and Training of Fresh Recruits and in-service Civil Servants in Agriculture and Rural Development Sectors. During his exemplary tenure he was felicitated and awarded with a Degree in Doctor of Philosophy (Honoraria Causa) in Veterinary and Animal Science by Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana, Punjab.

Mr. K.M.L. Pathak-Independent Director

Prof. K. M. L. Pathak completed his Doctorate in Veterinary Cytology from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology in 1982. Prof. Pathak carries an experience of around 40 years in the field of Veterinary Services for Animal Health. He is presently functioning as the Chairman of ICFA Working Group on Animal Health and is also a Member of the National Advisory Committee on Animal Health, MFAH&D, Government of India. Prof. Pathak has previously served as a Director in ICAR – National Research Center on Camel, Bikaner. And has also worked as the Former President of the National Academy of Veterinary Sciences, Indian Association for Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology.
