  • Yellow Chilli Powder1/2 Tsp
  • Ananda Hung Curd1/2 Tsp
  • Cream3 Tsp
  •  Ginger Garlic Paste1/2 Tsp
  • Ajwain1/4 Tsp


How to Make CurdPaneer

1.Mix yellow chilli powder, hung curd, cream, ginger garlic paste, ajwain together in a bowl.

2.Add the paneer and marinate for half an hour.

3.Cook in the tandoor or grill in the oven at high temp till brown.

4.Garnish the paneer with coriander leaves and serve hot.
