We produce milk powder from skim milk. Our milk powder is manufactured by spray-drying fresh dairy ingredients and can be used in a wide variety of applications such as recombined milks, cultured milks, chocolate, ice cream and biscuits. Our skim milk powder (SMP) has excellent solubility, a low fat content and a clean flavor.
