Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 cup

Rice Flour (optional, for extra crispiness) – 1–2 tbsp

Carom Seeds (Ajwain) – ½ tsp

Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp

Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp (adjust to taste)

Garam Masala – ½ tsp

Chaat Masala – ½ tsp (optional, for seasoning after frying)

Salt – to taste

Water – to make a medium-thick batterOil – for deep frying
