Kesar Badam Milk by Ananda
2 tbsp chopped almonds
2 tbsp chopped pistachios

Prepare the bread: Tear or cut the bread slices into small pieces or cubes. Keep aside.

Heat milk: In a saucepan, bring milk to a gentle boil. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add almonds & flavor: Add chopped almonds, cardamom powder, and soaked saffron (if using). Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine bread & milk: Add the bread pieces to the milk mixture. Stir gently so the bread soaks up the milk and softens. Cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

Add ghee & raisins: Stir in ghee or butter and raisins (if using). Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Set & serve: Remove from heat. Let it cool slightly before serving warm. You can also refrigerate and serve chilled.
