Chana Chaat

  • ANANDA BUTTER3 tbsp
  • Chili paste green1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped onions (optional)3/4 cup
  • Chili powder (optional)1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala1 tbsp
  • Kala chana (brown chick peas)1 cup
  • ANANDA paneer cubes1 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Finely chopped raw mangoes1 1/2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander (dhania)1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice4 tsp

Method

Heat the butter in a kadhai, add the green chilli paste and onions, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till the onions turn translucent.

Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala, mix well and saute on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the potatoes, chana , paneer cubes , salt, raw mangoes, coriander and lemon juice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once in between.

How to pack

Cool slightly and pack in a Tiffin box.
